Actually, on the serious note Manjari for the first time got approval of harsh. So in her excitement she made a mess, trying to show harsh that she made a perfect decision.
Yes, she saw Abhimanyu's pain but ak did refused. So, she probably told herself that it's for the best. She actually was nicer to ak than most of the mothers would have been in the situation.
Going to the temple, without harsh's influence there she got clarity. And there had been hints in last few episodes that she was doubting her decision.
