All I'd say in our combined experience is that I didn't feel Omicron was mild.

This is Covid treatment or for something else?
Not a doctor, but I recognise Azithromycin (anti bacterial) and Montelukast (which is generally taken alongside anti-histamines for anti allergy purposes; Ebastine here looks similar to Levocetirizine)
