When Arohi asked for 40 lakhs to buy a diamond necklace... couldn't she think of a different excuse?

a) isn't her family in the jewellery business?

b) even if they didn't catch her lie then.. they would've been able to see that the value of whatever it is she bought instead wasn't worth 40 lakhs and questioned her about it?
