Som is a user with a victim complex...yes I may sound harsh but he has taken advantage of the Modak's affection, especially Sid's love for him in every situation so far.

Starting right with the failed wedding with Mithai...even if we don't consider Mithai and her mother and the pain and trauma the situation caused them what about the Modaks? Did he think about Dadai? Sid despite having so much trauma did not even give a second thought about marrying Mithai because of his unconditional love for Dadai. That is a true dil ka rishta not what Som does where he just takes and expects but never gives anything back in return

Ekon sheye gaye pore, chokhe jol niye Dadai ke abhinandan janache kintu eto bhalobasha kothaye chilo when he conspired with the Agarwals to burn down the base kitchen? Did he once think about Dadai or Sid at that time? No as ususal he very conveniently made himself the victim and ran away.

When Sid married Mithai to cover up for his mistake...was he ever angry at Mithai for his brother's sake? No it was always because Mithai gained more recognition within the family and the Modak group for her efforts, so he wanted to get rid of her

Som's pathology is that he is always the victim and everyone is to blame for his situation except for him. I agree there have been external factors that have influenced his judgement but they were able to influence him to this extent because of his own insecurities.

Even in his marriage he is now shifting the blame onto Tess for not being able to accept him...despite very well knowing beforehand how obssessed she is with Sid. Did he really expect her to magically change especially now given her closer proximity to Sid? And the irony of the situation is now he actually has no one to blame but himself ...because he consulted no one...not even his precious little brother whose former best friend he was marrying.

Sid is fully justified in calling him out on this matter...in fact I would have called him foolish had he not done so. Although I know that this fracture is not going to last long this time and will probably be used as a plot device to show Mithai helping the two brothers patch up...but Som needs to do serious penance for his redemption...he needs to realise that he is living in a house of cards right now which can crumble at any second and accordingly decide where his loyalties lie.

Ok so that was more than 2 cents for sure 😂 but let me know what you guys think 🤗

Honestly, u have explained Som so well......👏

He wanted recognition from everybody from his family, without doing anythng as such. He s not ready to sacrifice, he just want to get everythng just like that.

He really needs to reflect on himself.

Saw today's episode...was not very impressed TBH 😳

Basically, it was just tying up a lot of loose ends...moiras reach Mihti hub...Misthi hub is inaugurated...Ditipriya pops out of nowhere to promote her web series etc etc..😆😆

But I will say one thing - I did not like the Som-Sid makeup scene...I had expected it for sure but it seemed very unjustified. I hope later on they address these issues as well and provide a better closure 👎🏼

Token Sidhai scenes thrown in like lollipops...dujonei muchki muchki hasche for no good reason 😛 😛

But seeing Pishi interrupt the two I could not help but remember Omi's wise words...Modak house is very crowded...3-4 ghonta ache Romance ta shere fal..hope Mr. Siddharth Modak takes this advice later on 🤣

@Red - I didn't liked it either.. It felt like they were just trying to give a fast closure to this whole Misti Hub opening track so that they can move on to next track 🙄 Probably Sid vs Tess coz Sid mentioned he has lots of pending work..

@Blue - Really that felt really a little out of place but it was cute ☺ But Sid was bored after Pipi pulled Mithai away .. Probably SidMit too remembered Omi's 3-4 ghonta dialogue hence that muchki muchki smile 😜

Dujonkei ekta kore chor mere ele hoi. Hasche keno? 😡He can confess later, but should start taking some baby steps! I don't know about you guys, but I'm expecting some well written scenes where we can clearly understand what's going inside his head! I so hope ei CVs jeno just Mithai er bor baniye na chere dai Sid k 😵

If Siddharth Modak is a wise man (which I think he's), he would take that advice. But his wife 😆Sid ek pa egole se dosh pa pichobe 😆
