Yes, I think so too, on more thought. Knowing his history till now, and seeing how many different challenges he has taken up and overcome, it does seem uncharacteristic for him to give up on anything. It is most likely that within the overall song they are discussing a particular way of singing one or two lines and he is probably saying this will not work out.

Yup.

Might be unpopular opinion. Personally I believe Salim is much better than HR as a composer. I am not going by how many hit songs he have rather I just care for how novel the musician is. Even Kantalaga type songs also does 200M+ views on YouTube so I feel they need songs which challenge them as singers than blockbuster hits at the start of career. So I hope PD gets good composition which challenge him.

Well at least it appears that currently Salim - Sulaiman are a bigger draw than HR.
