But what I am afraid of is that this variant can evolve.. It is mild but very contagious.. Because we are getting immune it may evolve into a new variant

thats the concerns scientist have wonr out. So basically it is expected k abhi jo dominant variants hoge unke hi mutation will go out next season. And mutation also depends on many things.
