Hi Aarti 🤗 the weather conditions are getting extremely bad,days are getting colder with dense cover of heavy fog leading to low visibility & you are right the sun has gone missing..how is it at your end?

Have your official hours switched over in accordance to winter session or the compensation mode is on & timing condensation is the call of hr?!?
