One idea you can try. Sai attends to the delivery of an unknown woman who dies soon after. Sai is forced to take care of the baby and Virat misunderstands. The point is, if V can feel Jealous about Ajinkya, who took very little of Sai's attention, imagine how affected will he be by the little one who will demand attention 24*7?

Well, why should only Virat be misunderstood? Let Sai also have her share..

Virat gets a call from Sumit to help at night because his vehicle broke down and he's coming back from attending an official party. He goes to pick him up and sees him and Sai, dressed up extremely elegantly and laughing with each other..

Again, pain.

Some ruthlessness from my side...

Panja ladaana between Sumit and Virat as suggested by Sagi. in which Virat loses and is injured too (panja ladaana could be taken as wrestling or other games, maybe dance) but Sai ignores his entire existence, goes and tends to Sumit.

Sai's sleepover at Sumit's with Virat's knowledge.

It starts raining, Virat and Sumit both ready with their vehicle/ umbrella, sai chooses Sumit.

Something goes inside Sai's eye, Virat moves forward for help but before he could, Sumit tends to her.
