CHAPTER 6

Akshara, Kairav, Abhimanyu, Neil and Vansh were sitting in hall, having their lunch!

“Akshu medicines ka time hogya hai!”

“Abhi no please meko kadvi kadvi dwai ni khani”

“Tumhare methi dane ke pani se kam kadvi hoti hai yeh Akshu! Aur dekho agar nahi logi toh main wapis hospital le jaunga! Chalo fata fat medicines lelo!”

Akshara finally had her medicines making a grumpy face. Soon they had their lunch and were talking to each other! Forgetting everything and everyone! They didn’t care about anything that was going on in Goenka house.

Mimi, bade mumma and bade papa were crying, AJ was disappointed and Arohi? She had nothing to say and had locked up into her room!

Goenka villa had lost their happiness. On the other hand, the siblings were having the most amazing time of their life, finally being happy!

Neil got a call from Harshwardhan!

“Bhai?? Dad puch rahe hai ghar kab aa rahe hai hum?

“Neil tu ghar chala ja! Mujhe abhi Akshu ki dressing karni hai! Main uske baad ata hun.”

“Okay bhai! Fir main chalta hun, aap jaldi aa jana!”

Everyone there knew that Abhimanyu wanted to spend some time with Akshara! After all, after so many days and problems, finally they were together and happy. Neil went home and told everyone that Abhimanyu will come a little late and everyone were okay! They were happy that now finally Abhimanyu will be happy, they were happy for both Abhimanyu and Akshara but deep down they felt sad for what all Akshara had to go through in Goenka Villa!

The Birla’s never had problem with Akshara, in fact they loved her. The only issue Harshwardhan had was that she didn’t love his son, as she had said directly to their faces that she didn’t loved him, he was angry cause his son was sad because of that. He knew now what he had to do but it wasn’t the right time to do it!

“Kairav bhai, if you don’t mind then kya main Akshu ko uske room mei lajau? Uski dressing karni hai!”

“Sure Abhimanyu! Lejao! I have no problem with that!”

Kairav gave him a smile, and nodded a little!

“Akshu chalo ab!”

Abhimanyu helped Akshara and went upstairs in her room. They entered the room with light pink walls and a queen size princess bed in the middle. The whole room was covered with fairy lights just like Akshara liked! Abhimanyu made her sit on the bed and bring out his medical kit from the bed and sat beside her!

Carefully, he removed the old bandages one by one, Akshara hissed a bit in pain but Abhimanyu blowed on it lightly. He cleaned the area and put new bandages on her.

“Akshu? Tum theek ho?” Abhimanyu hold her hands and asked her.

“I know aaj jo hua who aise ni hona chahiye tha, but ab ho gaya hai and maybe it happened for the betterment of all of us!”

“I know Abhi! Bahot zaruri tha who sab! Sari life maine aise hi nikali hai apni khushiya dao pe lagake Arohi ke lie! Yahan tak ki tumhe bhi kho dene wali thi main Abhi, us insaan ko kho deti jo is duniya mein merse sabse jyada pyar karta hai! Main bilkul theek hun Abhi!

Haan thoda mushkil hai naye ghar mei rehna mere liye but yeh ghar Goenka Villa se zyada homely hai! Yahan charo tarf dekhti hun toh mumma papa ko apne paas pati hun!”

Akshara smiled and Abhimanyu was just looking at her! Akshara got up and switched on the fairy lights and switched off other lights!

Abhimanyu came and hold her from waist and Akshara had her arms around his shoulders! They were lost in each other eyes! They were getting closer and closer… They were just about to kiss when Akshara broke the trance and pushed him away and laughed at his face!

Akshara just laughed at him and sat on the bed! Abhimanyu got lost in her laughter!

“Abhi!!!! Yahan aoo!!! Idhar betho!”

Akshara asked Abhimanyu to sit near her. Abhimanyu went and sat beside her!

“Abhi. Main aur Arohi step sisters hai!

“Akshu tumhe yeh sab baatein karne ki koi zarurat ni hai meri jaan! Tum abhi bas rest kro!”

Abhimanyu said while caressing her face and hairs!

“Meri jaan puri zindagi tumhari sun ne ko tyar hun main! Lekin jo tum bolna chahti ho usse tumhe dukh pahunchega jo mai ni chahta!”

“Abhi aaj ke baad kabhi yeh sab soch ke dukhi na houn tabhi toh tumhe sab bata rahi hun!”

“Theek hai baba! Sunao jitna bolna hai bolo! Rona hai toh ro lo! Lekin phir aaj ke baad kabhi yeh sab yaad karke nahi royogi! Promise karo?”

“Promise Abhi!”

“Main bahot choti thi when Naira mumma died! Hum log picnic pe gaye the and wapis ane pe humari bus cliff pe fas gayi and mumma hum sab ko bachate bachate khud us cliff se gir gayi!

Main choti thi toh mujhe kuch samajh ni aya ki kya hua tha! Fir kuch time baad Kairav bhaiya hostel chale gaye the, wahan unhe Sirat mumma mile! Bilkul naira mumma ki tarah dikhte the who!

Dheere dheere Sirat mumma aur papa ko pyar hua and unhone shadi kar li! Hume ek maa ka pyar mil gaya aur papa ko life partner!

Main aur Arohi bahot khush the ek dusre se bahot pyar karte the lekin jab main 8 saal ki thi tab mujhe pata chala ki meri mumma Sirat ni Naira thi! Lekin Abhi rishte toh dil se hote hai na?

Maa ka pyaar toh mujhe Sirat mumma ne diya na? Jab yeh baat Arohi ko pata chali usne satualepan ki ratt lagani shuru kari. Main kabhi samajh ni pai!

Lekin phir ek din mandir gaye the! Arohi aur mumma upar the main niche thi! Ek dam se bahot tez hawa chalene lagi! Mumma mujhe lene ke lie niche are the ki unka pair slip kar gaya and who gir gye and unki on the spot death hogyi thi Abhi and jate jate mujhe Arohi ka khayal rakhne ka wada le gaye!

Mujhe laga ki woh time ke saath mujhe maaf kardegi! But usne nahi kiya! Uski nafrat itni bhad gayi ki koi hadd ni! Aur fir usko tum mile! Tum uski obsession ban gaye! Mujhe laga who tumse pyar karti hai but who tumhare sath jo usko power milti us power se pyar tha!

Akshu said and burst into tears, crying! Keeping her head on Abhimanyu’s chest! Abhimanyu hugged her!

“Shhhhh! Akshu. Meri jaan bas! Hogya jo hona tha! Ab bas! Ab kuch galat ni hoga! Meri jaan bas! Ab sab theek hai aur sab khush hai Akshu! Bacha bas ab shant hojao! Dekho tabyat kharab hojegi!”

Abhimanyu tried to calm her down while hugging her! Akshara couldn’t explain what she felt at the moment! Being in Abhimanyu’s arms is what she always craved! That warmth of his hug was her solace! His arms were the only place where she felt safe, she sensed peace in her! And she didn’t realise when she slept in his embrace!

Abhimanyu saw that she slept! He made her lie properly on the bed and covered her with the blanket! Kissing on her forehead he left the room!
