While there must have been issues for quite sometime, I think this particular incident was sparked due to some unfollowing business (that's the actors' discretion; fans have no business there I believe), and due to a dumb, insensitive comment about COVID on social media. The latter is what prompted a lot of people to write to the concerned person asking her to take it down, but she refused, and soon turned it something really ugly & lead to all the drama on social media. Had she taken down the message, people would have been more accepting of her.

Amidst all this, I disagree with them putting up the stories with screenshots because I understand a lot of teens / young adults follow them and these can affect them. The actors should have been more cautious and responsible about the way they put their point across (the way Alice did).

P.s. The bold statement definitely holds true for both SILs; I think KDIce might protest considering its their only way of communication for now. :P

P.p.s. I always thought the real brother was slightly weird with a foot-in-the-mouth habit, so I don't consider him.

it became tit for tat very quick and I get it… everyone felt defensive as they may have been blamed or may have felt they were blamed the outbreak. That’s not a good mental headspace and when you retaliate, dealing with the outbreak yourself, you hardly think about how rational you sound.

But, when certain people came back to shoot, and they STILL posted that recording and screenshots, and one of the said people didn’t even personally get the virus, it was just sooooo cringe. I was shocked! Like y’all are better than this any given day. And I agree with Alice, so are the nuisance fans.

The whole issue comes down to are they mature enough to handle disagreements that are now expounded by Rona?

The brother seems nice on most days but…too damn old to act the way he did. SMH. He needs to chill out. Sorry if it if hurts any fans feelings.
