Here's the family tree for Kanetkars and Vartaks to keep you abreast with the characters.

Kanetkars- 3 brothers Vinayak, Vithal and Vikas and one sister (unmarried) Vidya. Vinayak' wife is Maee and they have a son Ameya married to Manasi. There was a mention of their daughter Avani but we don't know about her whereabouts. Vithal's wife is Suvarna and they have son Shashank (ML) and daughter Sumi recently married to Nikhil. Vikas aka Kuki works for a bank, is married to Aparna and they have a daughter Prachi who recently graduated. Apurva aka Appu FL also appeared for final year exam with Prachi and failed. Vidya aka Baabi Aatya was in love with their neighbor Bhaskar in the past and is a teacher. Bhaskar is a doctor and left for US leaving behind a heartbroken Vidya and got married to Deepali and has a daughter, Ovi.

Vartaks - Dr. Kaushik and Sarika stay with Appu FL.

Sarika aka Aati is divorced and has a daughter Netra who works with Shashank ML and is his research assistant. Dr. Kaushik is married to Dr. Anjali and they have a daughter Apurva aka Appu who was mainly brought up by Kaushik and Sarika after he left US and brought her to India while Anjali lives in the US.

anyone could have guessed the way kanitkars reacted during kelvan. But netra is not shown to know or rather they didn’t focus on netra regarding Bhaskar. Maybe makers want to keep netra away from this track.

Netra sensed the tension and something brewing between Kanetkars and Bhaskar. They might explore the option later about Netra and Bhaskar playing some role together.
