Whats the need to make Akshu lose her voice?

I think as they are planning to shif to bio bubble soon, and due to which grand things can't be shown. So they are showcasing Akshu to lose her voice and then they will go to a rehab centre in so so resort just like Anupama, where Akshu will get her voice back🤪

This is unexpected track due to covid . Hope her voice will be back soon but this voice thing will give Pranali a chance to showcase her skills through her expression and she will have to convey all her feeling through her facial expressions without dialogues.

seriously I’m lost for words with makers thinking and execution.

They could have brought this plot much later on in the story after Abhira are together to show Abhi as her pillar of strength, but right now, I just don’t get it.
