See, the kashmiri youth who indulges into terrorism because of the violence he saw and thinks he and his community would be good if they separate from India...it's terrorism on his part but with cause, however, the same terrorist being instigated by terror forces from across the border or some sadist who want to see people dying is terrorism (without cause)
