If one incident of Karan saving her could make that shift of feelings for her towards Karan, so one rejection is also enough to come out of that dreamy land and here it happened twice, still she hasn't come out of her love land completely.

~She is not behaving as lovestruck anymore, she is trying to be normal with him, but now Karan's actions are confusing her, but she is still trying to focus on training, Sid & other aspects of her life

If she isn't behaving like lovestruck, then after that rejection she wouldn't have eaten Karan's leftover cake batter from the same spoon from which he had eaten, when he was away for some moments. After eating that, what expressions she gave was clear indication that she isn't over that phase.

~She has accepted that they can never be together, she mentioned to Sid 'uski priorities kuchh aur hain, main usko kabhi nahi paa sakti'

If she knows she can't get him, his priorities are different, then she wouldn't had given those expressions, that usually people give when they are in love, when she is around Karan.

Karan Shergill and all other trainers of the academy, whose responsibility they all are and for pushing Karan to that limit where he had to reveal his past before her just to make her realise and understand the value of one's life.

~Thats was very courageous of her to accept that her love for Karan is not good for him, so needs to back-off.

Must have heard the lines "Ab pachtaye Hoot Kya, Jab Chidiya Chug Gayi Khet", Monami's case is also like that, her irresponsible act had already done the damage, the realisation hit her late, so there was nothing courageous in that.

~It was Karan who started following her around, that chakarvyuh scene where he was constantly so affected by her, all that didn't give her a chance to accept the rejection, her mind & heart were constantly fighting. So she left academy, she even said 'maine bahut try kiya par mujhse nahi ho raha'

If you know you can do something to reduce other's pain, then any good person would do what Karan did maybe a little bit late or just after that thing happened. He knew it very well that his words can put an end to the fight, which she was struggling with her heart and mind, and also an end to the tension which had grown between them because of that rejection which could also affect their work, for which they are there. So what's wrong if he tried to do it early without wasting more time, ultimately it was his words only which gave her peace and clarity.

~TBH I found his actions objectionable, why couldn't he just leave her alone, give her space to come to terms with reality, let her process the pain & vent out. The girl was in love with you & you don't have the manners to just let he be for a while, she distances herself & you start running after her. Your explanations could wait and wth are you so affected 'jab yeh ho hi nahi sakta, kabhi bhi'. Let her be dude, but ofcourse Monu being sad & sulking made him upset, arey jab yeh nahi ho sakta toh let her cry & accept it. Nahi par ab he wants to talk to her & can't accept her ignoring him.

If you can reach top after climbing 4steps, then by covering the same steps from the top, you can also come back to ground. There can be time difference because of your speed. Same case with Monami, if she can fall in love with one heroic act of him saving her ( I took this incident because during her love phase she got flashbacks of that 5-6 times which I had counted, it's definitely more than that) just after some hours of that incident, then she got atleast that much hours to handle herself after rejection and Karan gave her that much time, it wasn't like he was running behind her right after the rejecting her. I know easy to say, but karna bahut mushkil hota hain.

She doesn't have any manners from the start how to talk to her seniors. Atleast Karan is in a position where he can give attitude to her, but with what rights she was giving him that attitude and why, just because he rejected her proposal.

He was affected by Bala's story that's why gave him a second chance. He was affected when he noticed Bala's worn out shoes and took him for shopping. He was affected by Koel's weird behaviour, that's why asked her to speak the truth. He was affected when he saw Gauri alone, who was in pain, at the hospital, that's why offered help to her. He was affected by Koel's pain, that's why wanted to beat Abhay badly. He was affected when Sanju was hurt by Sid's proposal.

A person who gets affected by all above, where he was directly not involved then how he wouldn't got affected when it was his act because of which someone was hurt. He hadn't ignored his cadets' problems so how could he ignore Monami's issue.

I agree to some extent that he should have given her some more time, but a person like Monami, who is too emotional it's better to act early because chances would be high that persons like her end up taking some stupid steps, when they are unable to handle themselves.
