I cannot operate on people I love..

Abhi once told Akshara that he cannot operate on people he loves. That he will get too emotional and his hands will be shaking.

Here, because he is a top cardiologist, he is forced to operate on Akshara due to Mahima’s insistence.

Once Akshara wakes up and hears that Abhi performed the surgery, won’t she think that this proves without a doubt that Abhi truly doesn’t love her anyone? That he doesn’t care enough and clinically operated on her as a stranger?

it also seems that Arohi isn’t in the operating room and that’s good because family members aren’t allowed in operating theatres.

Mahima is also top surgeon and even her husband. why are they not operating as he is shaking, it's better other Doctors do. I did not understand the track

It’s dangerous for him to operate on Akshara. Apart from his emotions, he’s clearly disturbed and shaking. Legally, relatives are not allowed to operate on loved ones.

May be Akshu can misunderstands him lets see whats in the makers mind

because mahima nd arohi has to do different surgery ...she only come to motivate abhi for time being ...surgeries are generally very long some time for many hours...so probably she will do another surgery after motivating abhi ...dont know abt her husband where he is.

I don't think he will operate. He is shown holding the scalpel and trembling (It's a blunt scalpel btw and I don't understand what they are doing with it).

I think he won't be able to do it so Mahima will take over and he will go and sit down on the floor crying.

generally doctors cant perform surgeries to there immediate family members there hand shakes...so it with abhi...but he is crying like a child😔...shaking hands are ohk but he become so emotional...once he said being a doc he has to control his emotions...but now he strt crying😭

they didnt mention that akshu needs cardiologist specifically...its not necessary that her heart needs surgery.
