I am hoping there won't be any kind of misunderstandings after the accident. Even if there is, Abhi would have completely wiped it out from his brain.

But now a question arises in my overthinking brain - what if Abhi says something extremely hurtful in tomorrow's episode and Akshu is super angry at him? That would make Abhi more guilty and her extremely distant to him when she wakes up.

Yep. The promo showed something like that - Abhi loving and caring only for Akshu but their destiny is with someone else. Something like that.

Like the first one is good kind of angst. Like you feel the love and the pain. But the second one is just super annoying and frustrating.

Since aarohi was running away with high speed in car and akshara ran after her , it means akshara is scared to lose aarohi. That is why she will ask abhi to marry aarohi so she doesn't lose her.

This series focused too much on DESTINY than on LOGIC, so in last moment aarohi will run away and that is when abhira will grab the opportunity. Remember akshara dialogue kuch log ke kismaat mai pyaar pana nai likha hota.

Someone should tell akshara , akshara ji aap khud hee apne kismat ke dushman hai

But we still don't know why or where Aarohi was going. It could have been a sibling squabble or even something related to the admission.

Yes could be that. Justifies Akshara's sacrifice as little confrontation by Akshara leads to aarohi behaving this miserable , taking her car and going. So if abhimanyu intends to break the wedding what would happen. Akshu would be scared that's why will ask abhi ki shadi karlo
