Bold: Please dont get me wrong. A single person doesnt write the entire episode even. Bits and pieces from different people, are collated by the creatives and production team. Then there is a marketing team that demands a particular track, and how far it has to stretch and so on..

Maybe that explains the disconnect the viewers crib about.

I didn't mean that in a wrong sense...I meant that's great that you are writing some mainstream shows...I understand that you might not be able to disclose the name, so won't ask the names...I meant I am happy for you...and may you receive many more stories to write in this year...

Though I am not connected to the field in anyway but I know the basics...

Hey no offence taken. Writing for a mainstream show is not that rosy..you dont have much control over the content. Thats what I meant.

In the past I have written tracks for bullshit shows that redeemed a ML or a vamp. Ghum is much better than those. So far we have not seen a vamp Patralekha. All she can do is to produce taunts. And get snubbed in return. Had it been some other production house, you would have been a fake pregnancy, a fake pregnancy report, with Dr in the team. Samrat could have being kidnapped and held at a place, then pretending amnesia, Virat could be drugged to produce pictures that support the fake pregnancy, Sai would have cried buckets of tears, you could have seen full kitchen politics...I think I told you about a track that redeemed Patralekha. You may or may not see it in the show.

Yeah I know these plots, typical of Ekta Kapoor's shows...or other running shows. These plots bring drama for TRP...now that Ghum is on verge of exhausting KD script, they might go that way since they still have good TRPs.
