That what if Abhimanyu came across all the truth and is suddenly trying to push akshu to her extreme so as to make her tell the truth from her mouth only.

What if it's his ploy there are two ways of knowing the truth:

1. Usne photo dekha hoga and then he deliberately even after knowing ki akshu sharab pi rhi hai usne peene diya taaki akshu nashe me badbada de kyu ki banda itna bada ullu to nhi ho skta ki sharab aur cold drink me anter na kar sake. And then he pretended being in nasha. He knows everything in and out so after getting up next morning he called akshu and asked her to meet him but again she was adamant in her purana jaap.
