Why is that seeing Manjari on screen itself makes my skin crawl. I have a feeling that even after Akshu gets married into the Biral house, Manjari will keep annoying the hell out of me.
This woman is either too giggly or too whiny. YUCK! 🤢

Arre people I got the best love quote of all today, courtesy of Jijaji:
I can't share my life with you but I will make you share my pain.
Wah wah, kya baat boli hai... if a man said that to me, I would immediately swoon in joy knowing I had found my Prince Charming...
(Put some spooky music to this scene and add this the tagline, ekdum perfect stalker movie ka trailer banega yeh)
For me - love is where you can be yourself

I can get with that, but as I have literally had to say to an ex 'your right to be yourself ends when it infringes on my right to be myself'

Hai Ram! Bronte ko Bhansali bana diya, yaar...😆
It is cheesy and angsty and dramatic but I'm ashamed to say that to this day when I read the scene of Heathcliff mourning Cathy and screaming, "Be with me always, haunt me, drive me mad - only do not leave me in this abyss", I get a big ole lump in my throat... eeks😳
Oh. Totes. Story wise I can imagine Bhansali making a movie out of it.
But the words Bronte wrote is, I don't even know what to say.
It was beautifully and poetically written that it was inevitable I fell in love with both of them leaving my logical brain aside.
I loved when she says "he is more myself than I am. Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same"
Like I can literally keep going.
Oh! don't get me wrong. I love wulthering heights, it is one of my all time favourite romantic novels. Don't be ashamed I love Cathy and heathcliff too and even though they were selfish and horrible people, there love was just....😍

I think this is applicable everywhere, in every kind of relationships and in every kind of situations. It's kind of similar to "your freedom ends where mine begins".
Oh I know was talking about the storyline. Yes bronte wrote such pretty words and I am a sucker for pretty words.😀

Yeah, no wonder she was a poet first.
The poetry in other novels that affected me like this have to be Arundathi Roy's "God of Small Things " and Karuna Ezara Parikh's "The Heart Seeks Pleasure First" 🥰
