I remember this exactly happened long long ago in kumkum where she was made to marry her brother in law post her husband’s death for certain reasons. I remember how the entire scenario was and kita halla machaa hua toh… even her dialogues included works like “am I toy around or a football that you brothers are playing with. Zen my point is she doesn’t know the value of that person who can do anything for her, be with her at all times especially when she needs. she is too blind in her sister’s love and for her the only thing that matters is her sister’s forgiveness and her acceptance. But what I want her to realise is that this can be done in a number of ways and this is not the only option.

If she truly loves her sister, did she ever try to make her or the other family members understand that this marriage is just a compromise and there won’t be any other emotion involved in the relationship

Yes…. ITV is known to butcher the male lead and even to an extent the viewers who supported him will start hating. Why can’t for once be shown that even men have feelings and they can be broken too completely still they put on a facade of being strong.

I want Abhimanyu the strongest character and make Akshara differentiate the right and wrong. She should be made to known that certain things are only ours and can never be put in another’s jhola

I agree with what you are saying. Makers think making him weep like a baby will somehow hide the toxicity. They did the same with Kartik too. Kartik use to cry all the time, but he was one of the most toxic male leads too.

I hope, after this confusion clears they start showing Abhi with some integrity and consistency.

My problem Ashu... I am not defending Abhi when he gives love lorn looks or danced with Akshu in his cabin, or kinda cornered her by the car. No, that was wrong on him given that he is committed in an alliance with Aarohi (and I truly hope it turns out to be his plan) but still, it was wrong but why do I support him?

He never said he loves Aarohi or he will stop loving Akshara. He clearly made his stance clear that he will always love Akshara to Aarohi and Aarohi agreed on her own and built the castle. I am happy she had hope that one day she will win Abhi love. Tbh, if Akshu was not the lead and Aarohi was not this negative, would not this be right? She has hopes and she don't fear on trying to make them come to reality. Atm, I don't like her and no doubt I would not like her with Abhi but she does have potential to be a lead. And a good one if given a redemption, Abhi and her do have a chance.

And he accepted that he have anger issues, he tries to control it but sometimes situations slip from his hands and is not that human? Deep down, we all are aware of our real flaws... Some accept it and tries to make themselves better and some just accept but tries to ignore so that they don't get vulnerable. He is rejected far to many times... And it's not easy to go back and being friends with a person you love and they rejected. On the the other hand, the man loves his mom to death and her mother happiness lies in his marriage. She had fallen sick and wanted him married and he obliged. Many said marrying Aarohi is the decision he took in anger. I will say no. Marrying anyone is the decision he took in anger... Marrying Aarohi was just an obligation.

Akshara is a good character... If her sacrifice does not make sense, her dialogues are even more shitty and writers of the show are only busy in posting memes on their insta stories and nothing else.

Like, even in twitter I read, Abhi does not deserve Akshara because he needs proof for the fire accident and needs clarification that Akshu loves him.

But all I remember was that guy being manipulated by the two sisters.

He had an inclination that it was Akshara but when the first person he saw after waking up is Aarohi yet the first person name that escapes his life like he breathes the name is Akshara. But what was he supposed to believe when her sister said she left? Did not Akshara believed the same? That Abhimanyu left without asking about her?

But even after manipulated to believe that Aarohi has done everything, he still loved his Akshu with all his heart and soul but once again fell in abyss. He was going to give her a rose... But was crushed like the petals he crushed. That day along with the rose, his soul died too. But he stood strong for his mother... I dont see a reason why I am not supposed to love him.

But my biggest question is- what if it was Abhimanyu covering the lie and pushing Akshara towards his brother who was like Aarohi? Till now, she does have a conscious but mostly evil... What will be the reaction?

What if it was him giving up Akshara to please his brother and have reconciliation with?

I know the consequences of that too..
