His feeling like maa ki jaisi won't count for his deep love. He just reminded when she took care of poor people as maa jaisi. His love is connected through her voice and pain in it. Today they told clearly how Ak chose singing as she is alone in pain and he connected to her through her voice. So it soothes his so which is disturbed through out these years. You have won my heart Ak his words go for all her qualities as combo in her. Love can happen anytime and it's instantaneous for both. - her voice gives him sukoon (compared to the horrible rock music he was piping through his headphones…)
- she is bilkul maa ki tarah (and he’s all about his mama drama)
- she is young and pretty (the first two criteria would go straight outta the window if she turned out to be ugly and middle aged)

Lol. Totes true. If he ran to the voice and found a unconventionally pretty girl, he wouldn't have given her a second thought. He wouldn't even have stopped to talk to know she had done music therapy and to give her a job.
