Main culprit is bhabhima.

Precap : Shiva has setup a nice table for Raavi with a huge bouquet of red roses and tells Raavi you wanted a filmy surprise so here it is.

And Raavi says "Tum logon ne mujhe dhoka diya hai" and Shiva gets angry and ruins the flowers and throws it around saying "bhaad mein gaya yeh sab"😔

Rishita refuses to celebrate New year with Dev and is still at her maayka.

Yes but Shiva planning such filmy surprise is a big thing. Raavi is also not wrong. She was so worried about Dev and Rishita but no one told her the truth
