Khorkuto is good from what I've seen ahead. Gungun brings her free spirit in the house.

Also Babin is way nicer and sweeter than this khadoos.

When there are so many 'brains' in one house, you need a leader of sorts. And thats what Dada is. Typically, its the matriarch in the family. But they don't have an Aaji. I grew up in joint family and my Aaji pulled the strings. Here Dada is shown to control finances too which is very rare.

This is something that puzzles me. I don't understand how Shashak is the apple of everyones eyes. He seems constantly disinterested and annoyed by his surroundings. And he comes across incredibly unapproachable and unlikable.

I assume his education and profession has somethig to do with why he's put on such a high pedestal. And the fact that he buys the family things that Dada refuses to pay for.

I can understand his annoyance with cookie and gang because they're plain childish at times - it's like they literally have nothing better to do in their lives. It's just sad.

Another episode with no Appu...not even on the phone. Anjali is obnoxious!

Khorkuto is still running into 17th month. That kind of serial will stretch too far. TR is close to about 3 months only. There will be additional characters coming in to already crowded serial - like they have introduced a few off late like bhaskar's family, anjali vartak and so on. There will be never ending tracks and sub-plots. We have to be prepared for them. So i wonder how long they will be able to retain our interest in this serial.

It is starting to get bit ridiculous. Instead of everyone handing over entire salary they could have shown each earning member gives fixed amount to Dada and he manages monthly expenses from that. So remaining amount from salary, each person is free to spend on whatever they want.

So if Dada doesn’t like something or he thinks expense is frivolous than others don’t have a choice except go pleading to him. If Vithudada earned extra income it should be his choice whatever he wants to do with it, blow it on his son’s wedding the way he wants.

Shashank is plain unlikable, never shows affection to any member of his family also and is just rude and arrogant and dismissive. If Khorkuto main character isn’t this rude it can be the nuances the actor playing the character brings. This Shashank hasn’t shown many nuances. I sometimes wonder if they should have cast Nikhil actor to play Shashank? He is taller and better match to Appu. This actor is same height as her and so far isn’t likeable at all.

This Bhaskar story better be good explanation because he is coming across as total self centred jerk.

She's a mere plot device cos of whom kaushik meets Kanitkars. Otherwise she can be replaced by a lamp in the show n it's the same.

Also I hate how cookie gang treat apurva like a fool to annoy Shashank and get them together. It's shameful.

Just because she's naïve and likes them she does and says what they ask her to but it's plain mean. They do it for THEIR entertainment

All this they do to irritate him and they are unharmed. She's the one bearing the brunt of it all. Insult tich hotey, Shashank la hardly traas hoto.

Kuki gang should've learned by now that all attempts to bring Appu-Shashank together have critically backfired. They need to back off rn and let Appu-Shashank figure out themselves. You cannot make somebody like another person by forcing them to spend time together....and certainly not these two knuckleheads.

Sumi will likely play a role when Appu comes over to stay at Ks after marriage. Its one thing to say that we treat our DIL like our daughter and another to actually do that. I've never seen Sumi help her Kaakus or Kakas with anything.
