Sorry, I was trying to reply to you and Debolina at the same time and I should've made two separate replies as it caused confusion. I was agreeing that both men are not good for Deepika. I still have hope for Abhay because he has the potential for growth, but whether that means he will be suitable for Deepika in the end is questionable and remains to be seen. However, I don't like Vikrant at all because I don't trust his intentions. I'm a little confused though, if he didn't know Deepika worked at FMS then why did he suddenly change his mind about the job? First he didn't want to shift at all, then he was getting annoyed at Shehryar that he wouldn't be appointed immediately. The only thing that happened in between was that he saw Deepika. I felt like he is purposefully trying to emotionally manipulate Deepika because his marriage failed and he wants his options open again. And show is trying to justify it with that BS of the old couple... I would prefer Deepika to be alone or with a much matured Abhay than with a third or Vikrant. While in real life moving on with someone else rather than just the people around you makes sense, in a drama it's a bit annoying to be invested in all these characters and their love lives only to have them walk away with some random in the end. It just feels kind of unsatisfying. I do not want Deepika falling for Abhay or Vikrant right now, it makes her into the cliche type ITV heroine.

No He rejected the offer first then decides to join after seeing Deepika only. He also knew that " panel Deepika aur uske beech me vote kar rahi hai" . So He offered that position to D as a gift to show "ehsaan". Dipika ne ye bhi bola ki agar sach me uske liye chhodna chahta toh aake batata nahi kar chuka hota .
