I can’t see episode till much later perhaps. Yeah fasting ka kya scene hain? Why is he fasting ? He realized suddenly he should treat women better and hence on vrat kyaa ?

If people go against him, KK shows that he's badly hurt and not eating thereby playing the fasting card these days😆. Happened in his TTF fight with Teja and now recently when Umar ditched him for Rashami 😂. Nothing, just an attention seeking act lol.
