It's coz one part of Atrangi Re has Sara saying the dialogue, I had a crazy love story, I'm hindu and I fell for a Muslim. That's it. So the bots are screaming love jihad and calling for "buycatt" of film 😂

Do they think interfaith relations do not exist? Hypocrites were okay when Hindu and Sikh male leads were in love with Muslim heroine in Raanjhanaa but call for boycott if man is Muslim and genders, religions of lovers are reversed.

I think Sara gets lot of hate due to her family being close to INC and her dad vocal against communalism and choosing names that he did for his sons. Rest of the hate is for debuting with an interfaith love story. She was accused of promoting love jihad and so was SSR when he played Muslim and Sara played Brahmin girl in love with him in her first film Kedarnath. Some even see her as a product of love jihad due to her parents' interfaith marriage and her grandparents' interfaith marriage as well. Poor girl is hounded for no reason and was trapped in false drug case.

I am hearing 83 is being boycotted as Deepika attended JNU dharna, Kabir Khan supported CAA protests and once praised Mughals and there is a scene in 83 showing Pakistan stopped firing when India won WC. It has entire IT cell trending hashtags and calling 83 a pro Pak propaganda film.

Like how petty can one get?

I bet films like Amitabh's hit Coolie would be boycotted or banned today for showing Hindu heroine in love with Muslim hero and hero and his mom going for Hajj. 'Lobe jihaad' cries were never heard earlier. Only now we have this nonsense.

I really hope 83, Atrangi Re work well and succeed like previous films did despite so called boycott calls.

I am hearing cinema halls are being closed in Delhi due to Omicron scare. If films do not succeed in theatres it will be due to Omicron. Definitely not so called boycott calls and paid bots online.

I have seen her get hate from IT cell bigots even before her launch in Bollywood.

Her father Saif is not a bigot.

It is not theories but evident last year itself when she was dragged in SSR case for no reason and no fault of hers.

She gets trolled by bigots of both sides. One hates her for her father. Other hates her for her mother.

She gets trolled both on Eid and temple visits and Hindu festivals. That says a lot about radicalised trolls rather than Sara herself.

The same people who claim to be fans of SSR had trolled Kedarnath and SSR for promoting love jihad and abused Sushant when he tweeted he felt ashamed of Karni Sena attack on Bhansali and 'Rajput' in his name considering what was being done in name of the community.

It is all there for anyone to see. No one needs to make theories except right wing IT cell trolls who make conspiracy theories of love jihad or try to prove suicide as murder.
