Hospital scenes I agree I don't watch ITV much because of this reason the lack of logic. It's not about budget but they just don't care to try. I hate that because I love this show so much and it would be way way better if the makers make a little more effort to make it believable. Like you said they could just cut down on hospital scenes.

Even I keep listening to songs and if any song go well on their situation, I listen to it on loop imagining the scenes and all that.

Also HC this guy his acting skills just amazes me. He is a treat to watch.

I did not like abhi treating emergency patient when its not his expertise.
I did not like Ak made to sing to a patient when she needs emergency treatment not music therapy.

these make the series important

What you are talking is situational. means nothing to me. can change is a second. When we are unsure about the person we love ppl do this. even best friends fight about such things till they become absolutely sure and trust each other.

Abhi is not possessive he is insecure. Ak never confessed. Once thats done will see how he behaves. till them am least interested in this.
