If only they'd cared enough to elevate SD4 this way as well. We got just one duet from the kids in 7 months And how has the same choreographers become so much more creative in IBD2 when they were so bland in SD? Is it just the liberty of being 18+ on this show??

They also seem to spend a lot on IBD compared to SD imo. It sucks tbh that they hardly ever cared about the show with mind blowing contestants who gave them even 3+ trp at a point of time whereas they are ready to be a lot more creative for these average contestants sparing a few.

And even when we got duets, it had to be on those never heard retro songs. Just imagine how amazing the duets would have been if the gurus had the liberty to choose the songs.

I actually like this about IBD and Sony that they don't shy away from trying to bring in some bold concepts in dance shows that are not your ordinary girl-boy dancing. They did it last season with an emotional act of Pratik-Mukul and a kind of sensual act of Shweta-Bhawana on that Baahubali song. Even in MBD they let Shweta take up the topic of taboo against menstrual health. In that way chalo kuch toh dhang ka kar raha hai Sony 🤪

Yep, even in SD, they do some really good concepts. Though we need Vivek for that SD2 was on a whole different level conceptually, all thanks to Vivek, Paul and even Palden I think. Meanwhile SD3 dropped to a new low with all the sexualized acts with kiddos 🤪

Well they cut the cake for 2.0 TRP that means one episode got 2.0 and another 1.8/1.9. And on second position is TKSS with 1.5. I don't mind celebrating.

SRGMP team also celebrated when their Salman Khan special episode got 1.8 TRP.

But don't know what happened to the weekend shows. No show got 2+ in last few months. Indian Idol used to get 2.5+ almost every week for 9 months. SD4 also did very well in it's first half.

Clearly oversaturation. Same faces over and over again. That's why I left watching Saregama too. Same old faces. So much content is there over the internet I guess now only senior citizens and the fanclubs are watching these dance and singing reality shows. Even Sony is starting IGT so Colors is starting Hunarbaaz which is being produced by Frames 😆

I'm now interested to see the TRP of Shark Tank . Now that's a pretty different type of reality show

Oh yes how can I forget SD2. Vivek was extremely talented and had cinematic performances 🤩 Though I don't like his dance much 😆 But the kids did so good with him. We all will die and take 9 rebirths yet we won't get to know what the hell went wrong with SD4 🤪

Actually, same here 🤣 Wasn't always a fan of Vivek-Akash acts, which was why I rooted for Ritik over Akash lol. Vivek had the tendency to get carried away with his heavy concepts instead of focusing on the kid 🤪

SD4; sab corona ke karan ghar baithe the,, and suddenly had to do rehearsal-practices for 9 months without rest, lol, no one was prepared and the channel sure as hell didn't bother paying attention to anybody's physical or mental health 🤪 Seriously, no other show had so many injuries or sickness throughout its run Let's not talk about the creative team that was as good as dead, and the budget, which was non existent 🤡
