Neeraj does not work for Ram, he got this old job back at the Bank but was made the ‘account manager’ or ‘relationship manager’ for Ram’s accounts in the bank. Ram obviously called the Bank head & asked for this - which one can do when one has large corporate or personal accounts with the Bank - such customers are called ‘high net worth’ or ‘privileged’ customers of the bank & they get a dedicated account manager who is a bank official who looks after their deposits, investments, loans etc.

I thought he started to work exclusively for Ram since the manager took him back on Ram’s recommendation and that will be his full time job as it is not on need basis. The writers can spin off his job in any way they want .🤣

But you are right since he is at the bank he may be looking after other stuff like spying on Shashi, arranging loans for Vedika etc.

About spinning off dialogues, I hope Priya’s dialogue ‘I am not ok with Vedika staying in the house’ doesn’t spin off to “I am not ok to talk bout this until you get changed “🤣
