Neither do I watch. But that's what I've understood abt recent award shows.

I remember, Akshay kumar calling out the credibility of these awards in an iv. He said organiser of some award show called him up and told him he will get an award if he performs on stage for the event.

Recently Nia sharma said the same abt international iconic awards. She received a call from the organiser of winning an award but she turned it down. She was like... maine aaj tak kuch national level ka kiya nahi hai, international awards kyun mil raha hai mujhe?🤣. Not her fan par joh bajaaya tha Nia ne international iconic awards ka us iv mein... that was epic🤣
