@bold. Please stop making generalized blanket statements about the whole of a gender. Gender and sexuality are experienced by each and every individual different from each other. Which is why gender is fluid.

And you can never know what a woman is doing unless she opens her mouth and says it. So many women are forced to keep their mouth shut because of the power equation. Of being physically hurt, economic constraints, the fear of jeopardizing career. May be you should google what constitute sexual harassment.

I really don't think this is sexual harrassment. That's for sure. Because Akshara is not at all feel he is harassing her. She is just trying to cool him down. If he is manhandling her it is not acceptable. If she says no and phir bhi he is doing this kind of things then we can say he is harassing her. There is nothing that sort of things happens.he is just dancing with her. There she is not struggling to get away from him .she is just shocked that's it. And Akshu is a person who can voice her disagreement to these kind of stuff. And they are really matured enough to know the difference and meaning.

Like seriously? Everyone has the right to show whatever they want. The problem arises when they are glorifying things that are without doubt wrong. Showing rape on screen is fine, showing violence onscreen is fine, showing sati on screen is fine. Showing any kind of social evil on screen is fine. The problem arises when it is glorified. Nobody will sit and watch if child marriage is glorified and normalized whether it's fiction or not. And if people are okay with it, there's something wrong with the people.

Akshara is really shocked and scarred. Which is obvious from her face. Lol. Saying no is only the second step. Like, I know for me and a lot of fellow women, even if I am fighting with my boyfriend, I would breakup with him if he dragged me and manhandled me in our common workplace. At a private space it's a different matter. In this scenario, they aren't even a couple. 🤢

As I said earlier, most of the times women cannot say no. Citing back to power equation in the society. I mean, one should be able to think in a multidimensional perspective and need to have occupied different spaces to understand this. If we look at life only in a linear/uni-dimensional way, there's no point in even having this argument.
