i think he is very comfortable with his love for anupamaa. and i think that the more she opens up to him the more he is going to open up with her. you can see that he is already trying to bridge the physical gap ...whether he is holding her pinky in the hospital, helping with the bangle etc. its all very tender very sweet. he looks like's he just drawn to her and like he cant help it. he looks at at her like he's getting sucked in. from the very first episode, he tried soo soo hard to keep himself in control but its like he just cant help it. as long as she doesnt straight up tell him not to touch her or to get close to her, he's going to become more and more at ease with her. i feel like in his heart she is HIS woman, no matter what. even through her marriage with vanraj, even after the divorce, even if they remain just friends, she is his one and only and that is not dependant on what is going on in her life. he's grown and matured and he's at a stage of his life where he's just accepted that this is what it is. he tried to makes things work with other women but no one could replace her. he's accepted that. its almost like he's being holding back all of these emotions, love, desire for soooo long and he is just bursting now. funny thing is i dont read the OS/FF, yet you can see the passion and desire whenever she isnt looking at him and no one is around. he always looks around to make sure no one is gonna catch him and then he just sinks in...

ur definitely not an outlier b/c of this. i am with you 100% on this. most of us crave physical intimacy. i think for anupamaa she probably didnt even realize that this was something that would available to her in this lifetime. i said this in an earlier post, but im sure when she was with vanraj all he cared about was satisfying himself and not her. she probably just lay there. which is sadly the story for most desi women. anuj's love for her is complete. it's not just this "i love her cuz she's a good person" he's in love with her and thinks she's beautiful.i dont know one woman, at any age, who doesnt want to feel desired by their partner like that. but sadly most women dont feel like that. (that's why all these soccer moms love 50 shades of grey 😆) vanraj and even toshu/pakhi acted like she was something to be embarassed of for so long...now here comes along a man who looks at her and sees a queen. i think a lot of people dont like anuj's character cuz they think its unrealistic that a guy that looks like him is gonna like a woman who looks like her. how many times do we see couples in real life who we think look mismatched, meanwhile they think there is no one more desirable than their partner. anyways, im suprised at how comfortable she is getting with him being so physically close to her...i thought she would be pulling back from him. its a very good sign of things to come for them. she's such an amazing character, you cant help want everything for her. and now hearing everything that he has been through you want that happiness for him too. i just hope she can get to that place where she loves him as much as he loves her.
