If PD was that much influential to direct her in career , he won't have to spend last 6 years only doing stage shows or singing in the private parties. He himself is struggling to get a foothold.

Bold 1: He may not be a huge influence on her career overall - the limited point is that just for Octopus situation he may be able to help arrive at a solution that is agreeable to all parties involved, considering that he seems to have a good equation on both sides.

Bold 2: You are right, to be honest, this is no different from students leaving home after 12th standard and going to other cities / countries to study in university. Parents can only hope that they have been able to instill enough sense in their children to do the right thing.

Re. smoking: I can understand your point. But then smoking is quite commonplace these days, rightly or wrongly.

I look at it differently.
I think you make too much out of the Sayli bit.
Darshini and Sayli can easily be friends because they are of the same age. Arunita is much younger. There is no need for Darshini to stand next to Arunita all the time. Even her mother/father were not next to her all the time when they were minding her.
Darshini has a responsibility that she handles professionally. Arunita's parents are in constant touch with Darshini and are happy with the way things are.
We see what is shown to us and draw conclusions that suit us. And we often become more involved than even parents. That is not correct in my opinion. But others may see it differently.

I guess she doesn't have to be hovering around all the time, as long as she is taking care of her key responsibilities.

Thats what i mean in other way she is only professionally involved with Arunita. Won't get much involved in what her parents want personally.

I either read in an article or heard in an interview (don't remember which) that she is appointed by her local guardians - so the job definition must be including some amount of oversight as well.

To the best of my knowledge her duties include providing security of a companion/minder for Arunita. So she knows when to step in and when to let things be. So she is not just a secretary. She is a minder and does her job well I am told. She had played a part even in the Octopus shoot and stepped in. She also shares a room with Arunita on all trips.
If you remember, Arunita described her as a protector.

Firstly, don't think 19yr is the age to be in serious relationship instead of concentrating on her practice , career. With maturity , when she will get to know many things which may open her eyes to see things differently what she is now seeing by sneaking into Arudeep fanpages and liking their stories featuring Arudeep.

And in UK trip there was no Darshini so no one knows what happened there besides feeding chocolate. It is totally upto them.

But sadly despite all the family intervention and Darshini 's presence, following reels containing lifts , wallpaper showing touching her chest ,

leaked purposefully after these scenes were cut from original MV.

And after all the these breach of trust happened and her solo fans defended her vohimiently against every negativity , she is back with the same octopus company to prove she has no issue with their ethics.
