Having said all that^, for reasons still unknown to me, I do not believe the makers would be this generous to us or are thinking something along these lines because idk, it might have just been abhimanyu and his absolutele and complete rage that made him do all that he did yesterday, without having a full proof plan in hand to execute. Idk something about the episode just did not give me the vibe that he knows something or somehow overheard the conversation. however, as I said, I will be the happiest to be proven wrong in this case.

@ bold- hence the disclaimer at the end of this post. I know that this is not gonna happen, they will squash all my hopes by next episode. I just wanted to make some sense of this show for my own sanity. But if this happens, it will be epic for ITV and different standard for ML.

@ Purple- That is something that is missing in their relationship. They have not built their relationship and that is crux of the situation. Akshu does not know Abhimanyu enough to go against her family for him yet. He is fixing that. I also agree, at this moment they are each other's weakness, they need to become each other's strength instead.

Answer: He has not moved on. He had overhead Akshara saying that Aarohi is perfect for Abhimanyu. This Rishta is an answer to that. Now he will make Akshara watch what she blatantly claimed without realizing the consequences.
this was the highlight of the post. abhimanyu hasn't moved on. never did and he never will. i just hope makers see this post and even if they didn't think about the track like this, they change their mind and implement this

She has less confidence on herself first that she won't for him or his family. Major rejection point from her as it's always taunted by Arohi .how can a doctor agree for a common girl and if You agreed he could have said no in 2 days for you...Arohis taunts these are continuously made by her from childhood.This is the basic reason for her lack of confidence in herself. Sirat never corrected Arohi instead made Ak acceot Arohis way of behaviour. Her inability to handle her sisters relation fails to take another relation ahead. If at all by any chance shadi ,arranged marriage , ddlj and destiny supports them in Arohi.misdimg from mandap as planned by mahima amd last min Akshu is made sit in place of Arohi to save prestige of Goenkas for family she will be heading the journey that would be a surprise..but Abhira should have a grand wedding not like someone's shagun, mehendi and shadi iski.
