I thought of doing Virat Sai Joshi but that would mean taking away his identity. They are supposed to be equals. And like he said he is also proud of being Chavan. So Joshi Chavan. Also Sai can still continue as Sai Joshi Chavan. So it's more of her convenience 😳😉
