Did Akhilesh like Sirat more than Naira?

I am very confused by Akhilesh’s obsession with Arohi and him completely ignoring Akshu. He wasn’t even affected by her leaving home. Too busy massaging Arohis legs and feeding her.. why? Did he not like Naira, Akshu’s mother? Did he have a special relationship with Arohis mother sirat?

yeah he has just adopted arohi as a daughter 🤔dont know how nd when there bonds develop...did they give any promise vachan to sirat when she was about to die?

Akhilesh relationship with sirat was pretty non-existent. God knows why all of a sudden in season 3 he is shown not really caring much about naira's daughter, but overtly protective of sirat's daughter. It makes zero sense.
