After marriage, married actors get leeway continue having affairs but their wives ie married actresses have to behave in a certain way in India atleast.

I don't know about the Bachchans but I remember hearing about some guy filing a police complaint against HR and Aishwarya for kissing on screen. That it was 'infidelity ' because they were married to other people.

She said she didn't feel comfortable doing such scenes anymore because the public didn't like the kiss from Dhoom.

No it was because the lawyer took his kids for the movie, and was uncomfortable about kissing scene and complaint about it.
