He is upset. He tells Priya that he doesn't care abt the past Priya is his present

Nandini doesn't want Priya because she influences him into choosing Ram over the family.

Shubham is supposed to team Priya soonish, acc to spoilers.

It's their grudge against Priya that makes them act against Akki too.

Even they are using Vedika to control Ram, because they understand that rn, Sid-Shubham need Ram and Vedika will control Ram into doing what's best for Shubham (and Sid)

But they don't realize that Adi and co are background players in this too, influencing Ram and Priya to come closer and at the same time, make sure Ram doesn't mess with the business because of his emotions.

That being said, how did the Sid-Shubham plan of phasofying Akki fail? Did I miss anything?
