I remember reading somewhere that advertisers also rely on ormax to gauge popularity. Plus, if you look at both the lists, ormax ranking and trp ranking are very similar for most top shows.

Yes! This company grew over the years with its data based numbers & a different model of counting compared to just set trp boxes by barc.

I remember being active in Navya forum decade ago, this guy was new but was extremely accurate & growing! Now his company provides good matrix on genuine popularity across.
