He might not revenge her as we noticed that he was so careful enough to even remove the thorn from the flower so that she does not even get the slightest pain.
But also being a doctor, finally he realised the medicine required to treat his special patient. bitter the medicine greater the results. If you can draw parallels from both the characters (Abhi and Arohi):

They are obsessive, possessive and aggressive.

They are clear in their thoughts and in what they want

They are not people who will easily forget, forgive and move on

They are least bothered about anyone else and people who make them their top priority matters the most to them.

Abhi is bang on with the way he gives it back to his lady love. Akshara is going to suffer from now on when the reality hits her. Life Theories cannot be implemented even if done then with great difficulty and the price paid will be too high.

Very interesting analysis about Abhimanyu and Arohi. Some of that can also be applied to Harshvardhan too.
