Ever since the new promo was out I have been pondering many scenarios on the whole Imlie murdering Aryan's Mrs (like seriously I can't stop thinking about it-- bechari Mrsš).
This is why I am writing this piece revolving around the recent promo. If it goes well then maybe I will keep extending this storyline.

For Imlie Adi is "acche insan" even though he has made many mistakes.
She tends to turn a blind eye when it comes to Aditya's mistakes. She also defends and supports him.
After all, she still loves him even though they are now divorced and he is moving on with Malini.
For Imlie, Adi is also a great reporter whose words influence public opinion and he always speaks the truth.
But she will soon realize that the Aditya she adores so dearly is not who she thinks he is.
For Aryan, Aditya is the reason for his BILs death and the reason for Imlie's tears.
For Aryan, Imlie is naive when it comes to her babusaheb whom she loves so much. This love is what is blinding her future aur usse apne ankho se iss pyaar ke pad de ko hatana hoga. She also needs to learn to look at his mistakes, point them out, and learn from them.
PART 1
First day of Aditya and Malini's wedding ceremonies (Roka ceremony).
Morning in Tripathi house had never been this unhappy as it was today. No one is seen to be happy except Maliniš”.
Aparna and Rupi are doing aarti while the rest of the family is doing their work. Sundar is in the kitchen preparing breakfastš.
The door bell rings and sundar goes to open the door. When he opens the door he gets excited to see Imlie and loudly calls everyone that Imlie is here.
Everyone gets a smile on their face and run towards the door. Aditya and Malini hear that Imlie is at the door and both become angry.
The whole T family is ecstatic to see Imlie. They get this hope that maybe things will get better and that she will return to Aditya.
Aditya and Malini arrive. Aditya angrily asks what she is doing here?
Imlie looks at everyone with a bit of sadness in her heart, but remembers Aryan's words about "apne darr ka saama karno".
Imlie: Main apna introduction de deti hoon. Reporter Imlie from Bhaskar times. Yaha humhein shaadi cover karne keliye bulya gaya hain.
Aditya: Kisne bulaya hain? Humne toh nahi bulaya
Imlie: Mrs. Anu Dev Chaturvaedi ne bulaya hain hume
Everyone including Malini look shocked!
Imlie looks at eveyone and enters the house with the rest of the crew.
Imlie enters and sees that every inch of the Tripathi house is decorated (she is saddened a bit that she is no longer part of this family).
She and the rest of the crew start placing cameras in different locations.
While all this is happening Malini looks upset and calls her mother.
Malini: (on the phone) Mom aapne Imlie ko kyun bulaya meri shaadi cover karne keliye. Aditya usse dekh kar mujhse shaadi karne ka man badal diya toh?
Anu: Don't worry beta aisa kuch nahi hoga. Trust me
Aditya gets ready to go to the office. While leaving he sees Imlie working with the reporters and also chatting with the Tripathi's in between.
He then remembers the divorce scene, Aryan saying that he and imlie love each other and aryan-imlie hotel room scene, and storms out of the house.
A few minutes later one of bhaskar times camera person says to Imlie that there is some equipment that he forgot to get from the office.
He requests Imlie to go to the office and bring it for him as he has to set up the rest of the material before the event. She agrees and leaves to go to the office.
At Bhaskar times- Aryan's office. He is sitting and working in his office. Looks at the stocks of his company and sees how much it dropped since Aditya's street fight and his divorce article.
He gets angry at him, just then gets a call from his secretary that Aditya has arrived. He asks her to send him in.
Aditya knocks on the door.
Aryan: COME IN! (in an angry deep voice).
Aditya enters and has a stern look.
Aryan: Mr. Tripathi, please have a seat.
Aditya sternly looks at Aryan and takes a seat in front of him.
Aryan: Mr. Tripathi yeh aap ke liye hain. (hands him an envelop)
Aditya opens the envelope and reads the paper. He looks shocked.
Aditya: Aap hume naukri se nikal rahe hain? Kyun?
Aryan: Yeh dekh rahe hain aap Mr. Tripathi (showing him a graph on the computer). Yeh Bhaskar times ke stocks hain joh sabse zyada kal gire hain. Jan na chahenge ke kis wajah se or should i say kis ki wajah se yeh itne niche gire hain? (Looks at Aditya) Aap ki wajah se Mr. Tripathi. Itna toh samajh aa gaya hoga ke aapne aisa kya kiya ke company ke stocks itne gir gaye.
Aditya: Aap sirf iss wajah se hume naukri se nikal rahe hain kyunki apko buisness mein loss hua.
Aryan: Sirf iss wajah se nahi Mr. Tripathi. Balke iss liye bhi ki aapne apne professional life ko personal life ke liye use kiya. Puri duniya ke saamne ek aurat aur apki patni ki insult ki. Aur bhi bauhaut hain Mr. Tripathi jis ki wajah se aap ko Bhaskar times se terminate kiya ja raha hain.
Imlie enters the office and picks up the equipment. She is about to leave when she notices Aryan and Aditya talking and wonders what they are saying. She decides to eavesdrop on their convo.
Aditya: Acha toh issi liye aap ne Imlie ko meri shaadi ko cover karne keliye bheja right? Taake apke losses cover ho sake. Aur mujhe naukri se bhi isi liye nikal rahe taake ek Bhaskar times ke emplyee ki personal life se aapke newspaper company koi problems naa ho. Wow, Mr. Rathore toh aise karte hain aap apne business aur employees ko handle.
Aryan : Mr. Tripathi aap ke terminate hone ke explanation main already deh chuka hun dubara nahi doonga. Aur ek baat (quoted from the promo - not my original line) "Apne khokhle pan se joh aadmi apni patni ko nahi sambhal sakha woh aadmi mujhe business chalana kya sikhayega"?. I don't need your advise Mr. Tripathi on how to run my business. Aur jahan tak rahi aapki teesri shaadi ki baat toh usko imlie cover kare aisa toh khudh Mrs. Chaturvedi ne hi request dali hain. Toh agar apko kisi se puchna ho toh directly unse puchiye.
Imlie overhears this. A look of sadness with tears is seen in her eyes. Hearing Aryan insult her babusaheb and firing him from his job ticked her off.
Imlie: (thinking) Yeh Mr. Lambigaadi itni battameezi se babusaheb se kaise baat karat hain. Iss battameezi ka jawab toh is Mr. lambigadi ko dewe ke padi.
Aryan: Now Mr. Tripathi aap ko mein afternoon tak ka time de raha hoon to collect your belongings and empty your desk. Oh and jaane se pehle apka ID card aur bhaskar times se mila hua equipment receptionist ko de kar jaiye.
Aditya leaves. Collects his stuff angrily, returns everything to the receptionist, and leaves the office. (Didn't really want to write about the employees seeing him off and crying and stuff)
Imlie on the other hand is standing outside near the parking lot angrily trying to figure out how to punish Mr. Lambigadi and just then a light bulb goes off in her head.
She smiles while looking at Aryan's car and walks to towards itā¢ļø.
Imlie: Maaf karna Mrs. Lambigadi lekin Mr. lambigadi ko uski battaamezi ka jawab toh dena padega. Jaise usne babusaheb se unki sabse pyaari cheez cheen li waise hi inse main unki sabse pyaar cheez cheenungi. Maaf kardijiye ga (folding her hands in front of the car)
Now she was wondering about how to total his car. As she was looking for ways to destroy his car an excavator truck is seen passing by. She smiles and stops him in the middle of the street.
Truck guy: eh ladki yeh kya kar rahi ho? hat jao raste se.
Imlie: (Approaches the truck and climbs up to him) Bhaya ji kya aap meri madat karenge?
Truck guy: Kaisi madat?
Imlie: woh gaadi dekh rahe hain (pointing at Aryans car), kya aap usse toh sakat hain?
Truck uy: Naa baba bohot mehngi gaadi hain, hum nahi todenge usse. Aur waise bhi tum kyun uss gaadi ko todna chahti ho.
Imlie: woh ka hai na bhaya humare boss ko uss gadi pe aaj bohut ghussa aai rahe. Aur unhone humse kaha ki iss gadi ko todh do warna woh hume naukri se nikal denge.
Ab kya kare bhaya agar humari naukri ka sawal nahi hota toh hum apse ee request thodi na karte. (She starts fake crying to gain his sympathy)
Truck guy: (doesn't know what to do about her crying) Thik hai thik hain lekin agar kuch hua toh mujh per nahi aana chaiye bata raha hun.
Imlie: Aap bilkul tension mat ljiye hum hain na, kucho na huyi hain hum aapko bharosa di hain.
The truck comes close to the car, raises the mechanical arm, and crashes it onto the top of Aryan's car. Imlie sits beside the driver and smiles.
In Aryan's office... the receptionist comes in and tells him that someone is destroying his car outside.
Aryan: What? (He gets up angrily and walks outside of the office)
In the parking lot, he looks at his car, which has been totally destroyed š¤and then sees imlie waving bye to the truck driver. He gets angry at this situation.
Imlie comes up and stands beside him while he is looking at his car angrily. š”
Part 2
Imlie comes up and stands beside Aryan while he is looking at his destroyed car.
Imlie: Mr. Lambigadi, aapne babusaheb se itni battameezi se baat ki aur unko naukri se nikala. Tumne unse unki naukri cheeni joh unke liye unse apni jaan se pyaari hain toh bas humne bhi tumse tumhari sabse pyaari cheez cheen li.
Aryan gets even angrier and grabs her by the arm (like in the promo). Stares at her angrily (with Jaaniya BGM !!!ā¤ļø).
Eventually lets go of her and grabs her wrist and takes her with him inside the office.
He angrily takes her to the employee records room. Many cabinets are seen in the room and each cabinet has four drawers that are labeled alphabetically.
Imlie looks around and sees an entire cabinet labeled the letter "T".
Aryan: Yeh dekh rahi ho. This is Bhaskar times employee records room. Yaha per employee ki profile, unke articles, yearly reviewes, complaints aur bohot kuch rakha jata hain. Tum aaj shaam ke shaadi ke function se pehle Mr. Tripathi ke khilaf jitni bhi complaints, fan letters and hate letters aaye hain woh sab tum read karogi uske related jo bhi information hain woh padhogi aur ek summary report banao gi. Yeh raha non-disclosure aggreement. Iss par sign karo aur kaam pe lago.
Imlie looks back at him in shock but then thinks that there is no way that there would be that many complaints against babusaheb.
She signs the agreement turns and goes towards the T-lettered cabinet.
Aryan angrily looks at her. He turns around and leaves.
Imlie opens the drawers and is shocked to see that out of the four drawers three of them were under Aditya Kumar Tripathi.
This scenario reminded her of the time she ruined Aryan's car the first time and how he punished her for it by driving at super high speed and scared the life out of her and then made me wash his car.
In her mind, she was really regretting her actions now but was also wondering why there were so many complaints against babusaheb.
She starts reading the complaints one by one and also reads the articles related to that complaint.
As she is reading them she starts to notice that in many of his articles he just heard the story of just a few working-class people who had been wronged somehow by their employer.
But did not actually sit down to hear from other employees or from those whom they were working under. She also notices that the articles were only telling half the truth not the whole truth.
At some point, she starts to see his article content changing.
First, he was covering news on the people and businesses in the city but then they began changing to covering topics and people in small gaon, farmers issues, corrupt people, and gangsters.
But when he would cover these topics he would argue with his bosses regarding the issues, disregard their input and put himself and other reporters who accompanied him in danger.
She had tears rolling down her cheeks as she was writing the report. Even when Aditya had received awards for some of the articles that he had written it did not make her feel good at all.
She could not believe that reporting news could be so harmful to some people and how he was a cause for many people's suffering. (GUYS I'M NOT A PROFESSIONAL NOR AN EXPERT IN THIS FIELD, I JUST WROTE WHAT CAME TO MY MIND FOR THIS STORY.)
Aryan's office: Aryan knew that what he had told her to do was harsh but also was sure that she would be able to complete it. She also needs to understand that her babusaheb is not perfect and has many flaws. He is impulsive, prone to anger, and easily manipulated. He also made sure to remove the content related to his BIL as he did not want her to find out about this.
Imlie enters Aryan's office (she was able to go through all the complaints). Aryan notices dissatisfaction on her face.
Aryan: Toh kya summarize kiya hain Mr. Tripathi ke complaints ke baare main.
Imlie hands him a piece of paper with the written summary. Aryan takes the paper and notices spots of ink smudged and immediately thinks that she cried when she wrote this.
He reads it (basically the same summary as above).
Aryan: Hmm, good. Ab yeh batao ke maine tumhe yeh sab karne keliye kyun kaha?
Imlie: (she looks at him confused) Maine aapki gadi todh di isliye.
Aryan: Wrong! Maine yeh sab is liye kiya taki tum iss sabse kuch sikho. Yaha tumhi ne likha hain na ke kaise ek tarfah ki gayi reporting se kisi ki zindagi kharab ho sakti hain? Joh galati Mr. Tripathi ne ki woh tum nah dohrao issi liye maine tumhe yeh karne keliye kaha. Agar tum age chalke ek acchi reporter ban na chahti ho toh I hope ki tum yeh galatiya nahi dohrao gi.
Imlie looks at him in aww.
Aryan: Aur rahi baat Mr. Tripathi ko job se fire karne ki toh uske reasons bhi hain pehla reason toh tumhare same hain.
Imlie: Lekin is wajah se unhe kaam se hi nikal dena kya sahi tah?
Aryan: Mr. Tripathi ek acche patrakar hain iss main koi dought nahi hain. Lekin agar main unhe job se nahi nikalta toh doosre employees par galath impression padta Imlie. Kya seekte woh apne senior se - Kaise apne boss aur management ne di hui assignments ko nazar andaz karna chahiye, ki kaise apni personal frustration utar ne keliye newspaper ka istamal karna chahiye, kaise apni family aur wife ko publicly humiliate karna chalhiye yah phir kaise ek journalist ko raste ke beecho beech maar peet karni chahiye. Nahi Imlie agar aaj mein yeh nahi karta toh aage jake yaha ke sabhi emplyees aisa hi bartav karte.
Imlie was silent the whole time and could not utter a single word. She was still trying to process everything that just happened. After a few seconds, her mind cleared up.
She looked at Aryan who was back in his seat.
Imlie: Thank you sir and sorry. Aage se mein dhyan rakhoongi ki meri wajah se kisi life mein kabhi koi problems naa aye. Aur yeh bhi dhyan rakhoongi ke mere actions is company ko hurt kar sakte hain aur yaha par kaam karne wale logon ko bhi. Toh main chaloon?
Aryan looks at her all proud that she understood and nods yes.
Imlie turns to leave and stops right before the door. She turns around.
Imlie: Waise apko har baar kuch samjhane keliye aisi punishment deni zaroori hain kya? Shanti se bhi samjha sakte hain.
Aryan looks at her and raises an eyebrow.
Aryan: Agar tum har baar meri gaadi ko damage karti raho gi toh aise hi punishment milegi.
Imlie feels guilty and leaves hurridly before he gives her another punishment for his Mrs.
Aryan sees her leave and gives a half-smileš³.

Kinda tried to use Imlie's way of speaking but just couldn't figure it out.
