Definitely Ak will know his value now. When she is losing him she will be facing hell. She will feel his pain then no doubt. In between Arohi will gloat on her victory against Ak saying you are a common girl so Abhi didn't fix you instead came running for me with his family as I am doctor. This will be heard by all. Later reconciliation and Ak will make him priority next.

Goenkas will be against this alliance it's only for Aarohi's zid they will agree. So I don't think so happy marriage or any dance or stuff. They will show plain functions
