The hibiscus oil part is not dream. It's real in the show. Only Abhi seeing Akshara is the dream. So, Neil will probably say he got it from Aarohi. This will make Abhimanyu super suspicious. Suddenly everything that is very Akshu is being pointed towards Aarohi. Then he will understand Akshara is sacrificing him to Aarohi because she loves her sister too much.

I don't think so itna jaldi he will understand. I feel the way it's set up akshu will dream of abhi something related to Hibiscus maybe while making some oil. But this looks set up for some romantic dream sequence

I am not saying he will figure it out in one go. Things like this will keep happening. He will keep seeing Akhsu wala things. But everyone will keep talking about Aarohi, which won't make sense to him and will make him suspicious and he will find out.
