A bunch of toxic people

I forwarded half of the episode today

Their sorry redemption nothing matters anymore

I really want the show to end next WK

With double epi or whatever

Today's episode was so boring

And I m not even interested now to see what happens in the end

Asher continues to be a problematic character, regardless of how much mopping he did. He conveniently blamed his mom but the blame begins and ends with him and only him because it was him who chose to believe that Khirad was capable of doing such a disgusting thing. Khirad tells him in the end very clearly that she was back only for her daughter and that it’s unfair that she had to do it.

When the son is not able to take care of his parents, the blame is landed on the wife/daughter-in-law. When the lover is not able to do justice with his lover, the blame is landed on the third wheel- albeit again, a woman. When the daughter-in-law doesn’t get her rights, again the blame is landed on the mother-in-law. I mean where is the man in all this? Is he that helpless and voiceless? Always making the women take all the responsibility while babysitting the man.

That said, Aswad may not have mopped as much as Asher but if Mehreen want’s to get back with him just because she is helpless like how Khirad felt, then it’s just the way the desi stories are written. Always victimizing the men and glorifying their normal behavior also as some kind of mahanta while always putting the blame on the women.

There r no perfect people in the world. He did a grave mistake and he realized it ..nothing was put on khirad..nobody blamed her for anything..she was a victim but for me , ashar was also a victim of his mother's plotting ....people believe their parents blindly.. who can even think that their parents could be wrong ? He didn't doubt khirad just one fine day.. it was meticulously planned by his mom , what he will see and what he will hear.. He wasn't given a chance to talk to khirad , but he wanted to ...his mother made sure they never talk about it and khirad gives up on him which was justified....on 2 fronts ashar was redeemed ..he didn't doubt his daughters paternity ..he never even looked at Sara when khirad left..his love won in the end , when he wanted her bk without any questions .but that was just his side of the story..khirad putting him down is the best scene in the drama , along with her confrontation with her mil where she tells him that her son is a weak man ..

Everybody is not strong , intelligent, mindful at the same time..n contrary to the popular opinion, love doesn't make a person strong, it can also make someone weak , insecure and possessive..like , these emotions r always there ..its only in ideal situations that there is complete trust ..in asharas case, he trusted his mom over khirad.infact he never explored this angle ke his mom can plot against khirad

khirad fought for her self respect till the end and everyone would have applauded her with her choice , even if it wasn't ashar ..they decided to stay together for their child , khirad didn't forgive him..she mentions it that she won't be the same khirad , the time they lost will never come bk..he says he doesn't deserve to be forgiven ..I think if someone is genuinely sorry they must be forgiven.

Nowhere did I say anybody was blaming Khirad. I mean, what did she even do for people to blame her or even have such a doubt? Khirad gave up on him not because of his mom but because of the way he insulted her on the phone. Don’t forget that she called him twice during her delivery when she needed him the most, but how he simply insults her asking her not to ever call or show up in front of him.

His mother may have planted the seed of doubt but if he knew anything at all about Khirad, he wouldn’t be believing in what his mother made him see. Ultimately the blame lies with him.

Big deal if he didn’t marry Sara or didn’t question the paternity.. What is the point of such things when he couldn’t protect the honor of the person who he was supposed to?

And wanting to have her back? he actually tells her he would accept her back despite her being a cheater- I mean, what? You consider that also to be his mahanat? See that’s what I said when we make even the normal things and weaknesses of the men as some great attributes which we are supposed to be applauding.

Asher will and shall always remain as Khirad’s culprit. Not his mom, Not Sara and not that other guy, but him just him!

He doesn’t even have to doubt his mom. If his faith in Khirad was strong, he would’ve found a way to prove her right without having to doubt his mom. He put the blame on his mom but you have to remember that he walked into that house along with his mom and the others while that guy was pretending to adjust Khirad’s dupatta. Instead of listening and paying heed to Khirad’s cry about her being innocent, he chose to join his mom and insulted her along with his mom by looking the other way. In the end Asher to believed in what HE chose to believe.

Enjoyed today's episode which shows aswads guilt and accepting and questioning his behaviour and mehreen deciding she had enough although I do want a good ending with both I feel it should be earnt fro.aswad on how he makes that ammendment.

Safwan in no way loved her so I certainly don't want him back with her.

If Allah can forgive true repentance who are we. I always feel he is all seeing all hearing and what is the purpose of life . To accept challenges, learn from them and live by them. I always leave it to him.

In these dramas , some things are not shown explicitly but they r implied. He doubted her character and I accept that..he must have seen something and heard something due to which he came to this conclusion. Certainly he never had any faith in khirad ..problem is we just assume that when people are so much in love they communicate well, they have absolute faith and trust on their spouse. ..that they r completely honest with each other.... Faith, trust etc is never absolute .... Who is not blaming him? Who said he is not the culprit? I said in that particular story and in those circumstances , he deserved a second chance inspite of being being culprit.

It may not be a big deal for us ke he didn't question the paternity but for khirad who had nowhere to go for help , and whose child was at risk of dying , it was def a big deal for her that her child gets required treatment and she lives. Big deal he never loved any other woman ..ok..to each their own..

When did I say It was his mahanta ? It was one of the redeeming factors for me. Coz he wanted her bk inspite of everything which he believed in. It meant nothing to khirad of course bec just the fact that he believed her to be characterless was the last straw.. I was solely looking at things from his perspective..when I look at it from khirads perspective , she was right all along..if she chose not to forgive him, would be fine..I won't comment further as it was meant to be a comparison post between ashar and aswad..this is hkkst dt.

I liked the episode. Shabbo was the show stealer this time. So she spiked Mashal's tea.

Mehreen's hallucinations getting stronger and more real to her..Aswad's repentance or the beginning of it - all well done. I really hate Aswad, but at the same time, I want to see him feel very very sorry for what he has done..and this is the start of it all.

I didn't like the episode..I feel the whole concept has been diluted.. who is the killer? Shabbo? Coz she accidentally spiked mashas tea. Mashal? In her jealousy? Mashals mom? After knowing the truth she blame mehreen😲 Mashals father? Ainvayi itna overreaction when he knew the truth?

And who is the real culprit ? I feel all of them r just insane. Pagal hai sab ke sab. Aswad ki mummy kyun nai bolti kuch pehle ? N why r all the mummies bk from the dead ? Didn't they see mehreen suffering through her life ? Mehreens mom or aswads mom never got the idea of protecting mehreen from mashal before ? Abhi kya hua?

Aswad is the dumbest. Hands down. I pity him. He has no personality , nothing of his own..main kya hoon kaun hoon is his best dialogue till date. 😆 I repent watching this show ..it culminated into nothing . Don't care about the ending now
