For topping the exams one needs to write it...I don't see her studying or going to college for that matter... Even she is that brilliant...attendance dekh koi bhi college aadhe number kaat le..

Sai is the only medical student who can top exams without going to college or being shown studying/writing exams. Lmao.

In a sense its good because atleast they are not showing Sai doung rubbish in the name of being a doctor YET. Once she becomes doctor pata nahi makers kya bakwaas dikhayenge. She may become the next pulkit- world class doctor! 😱

Copy paste hi karna tha toh confession kyu nahi kiya. They skipped forward to Shruti which is MANY months ahead. They skipped pp fake pregnancy, ninad heart attack, confession, shivani marriage, jagtap return n kidnapping etc etc.. confession dikhate toh hum sub ko closure milta and uske baad hum sab tube off karlete.

That's the strategy... Vankar and team knows ki confession ke baad koi nahi rukega and Shruti track will have negative audience to confession bhi mat do ki log rahe and Shruti ko bhi dekhe...

But he should have known better that people can leave before confession track too. Everyone has a patience threshold.

Too much delay can have adverse effects.. Audience are already exhausted.. Trps may fall slowly from this month..

Sai will think that whenever they are not in good terms virat may go find pleasure elsewhere.. On top of that why she should stay with a traitor who decieved the nation..

I'm still stressing on how sai topped her exam.. Practically she doesn't do any studies related to that.. 😆Forget attending.. There are jhol between first year and second year syllabus.. As neerja mentioned physio therapy is part medical studies.. Thank god they didn't include dentistry 😆
