Why are only sacrificing FL considered good?

This is really regressive that Only sacrificing FL's are considered good!! Why are the mahaan daughters and DIL's considered perfect for families? And if this is what is watched on Itv, Its such a shame!!

I don't know but I feel a personal sense of loss even when I think that all this will all hurt Akshara so much! This girl will bear everything with a smile and even accept Aarohi and Abhimanyu ka rishta. But is this what we want to show to our younger brigade ? that this is right.. only then will you be considered worthy of any love or respect?

For now, I wish I could bring Akshara to my home and ask her to get a life.. My heart is bleeding for this gentle soul!!

Abhimanyu's character will never be the same for me.. the aura he had .. sab khatam if he brings rishta for Aarohi! Abhimanyu is another puppet of female politics in homes.. Like we saw Ahem and the likes! 1-2 hafte mein ek dialogue wala banne wala hai Abhimanyu!

It would have been better if Akshara had a friend just like Akshara from season 1 had Varsha who could have advised her to prioritize herself This Akshara looks so lonely and even if someone tries to talk to her like Kairav did she pretends to be happy and move on...I feel bad for her...

To be honest, being kind and having a big heart is not a bad message to send to girls. However, what ITV does wrong is that they make the main lead unrealistically kind and pure. Noone can be Cinderalla in real life. Everyone has good and bad shades but in Indian TV, we learn that the girl dressed in Indian wear is good because she keeps quiet and tolerates shit and the girl dressed in more modern clothes is bad and egoistic.

I've always hated this stereotype and it's an absolutely awful message to be sending to girls who will think that you can only be good if you undermine yourself for others.

Akshara is different because she does speak up at least but now her sati mode is switched on to the max and although I feel for her, I dont like to watch such one dimensional characters who can do no wrong.
