regarding abortion and pregnancy , it was used because they wanted to show the increasing tensions between pallavi and vijay. Vijay ne bhale yakin kiya tha pallavi par lekin ek pal ke liye toh use bhi shak tha ki if pallavi and raghav have an affair. Thats why that hospital scene was added too to show pallavi and raghav at same place . pallavi ko beti maante the lekin jan amruta ki bari aayi tab bahu aur beti mein fark pata chal gaya.

also through this track , they wanted to give indirect hint that deshmukh family will not trust pallavi when matters are this serious but her enemy raghav will because he was really a righteous person who acted on his instinct and not on society words

Lion and Hyderabad track was introduced when thing were unplanned like in lion track introduce because other cast was covid infected

Hyderabad track was due to lockdown in Maharashtra

So sickand gave us better track when it was unplanned

But other were his plan which was totally ruined
