There is nothing wrong to "move on" .... Everyone has the right to move on

But

To "move on" in few days to ur lover's sister just because ur mother said so doesn't seems the right decision .... Even if you do so please please don't jump into a commitment /engagement with Arohi if u are not sure ... Atleast Arohi ke baare mein toh socho { i know arohi is very eager to "close the deal"... But yeh Abhi ko thodi pata hai 😆}

Well said. Abhimanyu fell in love hard and expect the girl the same, which everyone does. He was quick to assume positive response from akshara and we know he was right too. Though he faced rejection twice or more, he could have started with one date, one long convo, anything. We all know the situation, so it's easier for us to blame him. Since he naive to akshara's ordeal he should have gone slow and offcourse steady. Every girl wants to be pursued in a nice way. I loved it when he asked Neil to drop akshara home, after she rejected him on his face. That's a gentleman!

Now he has accepted his fate but treats akshara right only when he feels like?? What about his behaviour most of the times ? This is the only thing that pisses (sorry for the word) most of us.Hero is turning into a negative guy, only bcos akshara would not say yess!! What about grace, politeness, humility since she's come across as a well wisher if not a lover?

We all have been through ups and downs of relationship in the beginning or while staying in it. Being cross with someone is human but behaving like a frustrated jilted lover, for me, is a big No !

Give yourself some time to heal.. then move on.. MBBS first/ second year main basic psychology bhi part hoti hai, Dr. Sahab.. Why is he behaving like a kabir singh.. I don't care if he's getting all the wrong notions abt akshara or wants to consider arohi now but pls be a gentleman in rejection too. You never know if the other person is going through a greater struggle.. be kind to yourself and others too..

I'm glad atleast some are trying to understand the characters. I think many people don't have an issue with him moving on but rather with whom he doing that with. But he is being bashed for things he didn't do, atleast not yet. Its like that marvel civil war 2 where the whole 'should you punish someone for the actions he would commit(its not 100% either) in the future?'.

Knowing IN ki storyline and all the spoilers coming out is just messing everyone's head so much that people are bashing on assumptions. We have seen many many spoilers from certain sites being wrong time and again yet here we are doing the same. We know cvs are not following IN much phir bhi worrying. Even Akshu was bashed that she will ask Abhi to marry Arohi but usne kiya? nahi tho.

Abhi has only thanked Arohi cuz he was not fully consicious and saw a feminine figure with a white coat for maybe a few secs. He seemed to have a headache before the incident and was mentally, emotionally frustrated. Everytime either of the leads sensed eachother it took them some time then how will he sense her in a few secs especially in that state? And Arohi is not even correcting him then how would he know he is wrong? He just thanked her for saving his life, he didnt say ILU to her that he being bashed so much. It's courtesy and gratitude.

Characters having flaws is what makes them interesting and makes the story move ahead. If they are perfect then kon dekhta kon relate karta. This is the first time he fell in love and oh so deeply. He didn't believe in love and didn't want to get married because he didn't see any happiness in being married based on what he saw around him. But meeting and falling for Akshara has made him believe in love, to hope and dream of a happy married life! Then everything crashed. The woman he loved denies everything they experienced, basically saying that he was in a delusion. He knows what he felt, he knows she reciprocates, he knows she is lying but what can he do infront of her 'no'? She is not saying I can't be with you for so and so reason, she is freaking denying anything ever even being there between them. Its not like they have any proof, everything is ambiguous from an ousider's pov and he would look like a obsessive stalker if he did anything after her rejection. He respects her 'No' even though she is lying, if she wanted to give a chance to their relationship she could atleast tell him the reason and they could try to solve it right? But she didnt. Thats an insult to his love. Yet after her hard no infront of the family he only confronted when her actions were screaming that she loves him. But again she denies what they feel and denies he means anything to her. What can he do when she is not willing to give a chance or respecting what they feel and share?

After his first encounter with love, where he fell so deeply and crushed so badly what is he supposed to do? He didn't believe in love, didn't think happy marriages exist... he got a taste of it but he can't have it. It hurts a lot being rejected the way he did. Then here comes his mom, someone he loves, trusts and who has good intentions for him say that marrying someone who loves you is better(I don't blame her cuz based on her marital experience it makes sense for her to believe that). He has to marry and settle down cuz he is getting old, he needs a companion etc And his mom also believes that Arohi is perfect for him. Just settle down with Arohi. She seems like a good hearted person, looks like she has qualities that his fam and especially his mom wants. BUT despite all the reasoning thats being put in his head and Arohi being potrayed as this ideal partner for him, he can't seem to think of her in that way. He loves Akshara and every freaking time she does something he falls for her more and more. He remembers her even when she is nowhere near him. His mom's words come to his mind to "socho", Akshara's 'No', 'Koi bhi' & 'goodbye' and his 'move on'. His head and heart are fighting and he is literally getting headaches... kaha move on ho raha hain. He is still absolutely Akshara's. Thats the story being shown on the episodes so far. He can't see anyone in that way. In the future if and when the Arohi-Abhi thing happens he would have his reasons. His character is not butchered. His actions are still reasonable based on his circumstances and flaws.

Sorry lamba hogaya lol I'm tired of seeing all the assumptions pe bashing. Thank you for this post and explaining Abhi's side of things.

Sorry ki zarurat nahi hai... Main khud pagal ho gayi hun. Ek toh ye makers dhang se ek track nahi dikhatein hai. Ruby wala ho ya ye wala... These tracks have so so much potential par inhe third angle bhi aise dikhana hai ki misfit lage.

Coming back to the topic...

Aarohi is presented to him as a person who is like Akshara... In mandir scene his first instinct was of Akshara but it was Aarohi.

How was he supposed to know Aarohi did not pushed Akshara to give the testimony. Like imagine, you have been rejected by the girl... She saves you and said it was nothing big... She did her duty. And then your mother tells you it happened because her sister probed her to do so.

He has been rejected ... Was termed as a person who holds no special value in her life. Time and again proven as a person who is delusional to come to think Akshara loved him but then Aarohi has said she loved him. And Aarohi knew Akshara is the witness... So would not it be more realistic to come to think of that Aarohi really did ask her to do that? Nahi matlab ek baar ye khud hi soch kar dekhein.

And Aarohi is taking credits. She who knew the whole drama is taking credits and yet the more bashed is Abhi because he is always galat.

And when all the circumstances are literally pressurising him to think... All he could think is that he can't think of her like that and bash himself for even having that thought. Kya butchering hua hai ... Must say.

And if he thought Aarohi saved him, he should not have thanked her. That's not manners. Is that how a human is supposed to be?

The only problem I have with this show is they never let a track grow and instead keep on piling the negativity. Like be it falling in love phase, the rishta phase, the heartbroken and moving on, Ruby track or this ... They are just jumping. And that's why I guess I am calling it a quit. I am not sure I will be on forum either.

My problem with Abhimanyu

He was intensely in love with Akshu He could sense her presence every time but he confused her with Arohi seeing white coat my foot

Move on is not easy if you love anyone very strongly he wants to move on so fast and that too with Arohi whom he insulted and rejected the charecter has no integrity look at Anuj from Anupama it is obvious Abhi s love is fragile

And top of it he believes her mom who is a utter stupid woman 👩 is he an uneducated unpar ganwar does not he have a brain 🧠

Basically his love is not matured it is just a first sight illusion and it is like if the girl agrees it is fine or koi Bhi

I agree that he has not moved on, people are just assuming even though its clear he hasn't in the episode so far. I

I don't get the bashing either way. Even if he decides to move on... Let's say Aarohi even, the fact still remains the same its his choice. And why is he bashed for moving on? Else, he would have been pressured to marry some other girl.

If people say that Abhi is not considered of Akshu feelings... Is not Akshara the same? Its her who is deciding whether he should move on or not? Giving advices clearly knowing that he loves her? She does not want to say I get it but after saying No what he do, she should not let it affect her because the more she will do that aur usko move on ke advices na de... Please I am just glad Abhi has not blasted her for that.

She also, like Abhi wants to move on par pyar tho karti haina. When he is in trouble like his career is at stake or life in danger she can't help but do something. Like she said in her confession, ye move on sab dimag kar raha hain, life kar rahi hain but dil tho sirf Abhi ke life dhadak tha haina. She is also stuggling.

For keeping pooja tho she is wishing for someone to get better, she would have done it even if she had only friendship with Abhi. She met Majanri, they bonded a little as well. Its not like she did it infront of Abhi intentionally. He was coincidentaly there and had a misunderstanding.

And regarding Arohi's credit chori, I'm hoping Akshu confronts her.

When I started watching this show I knew being an ITV, a trp topper and a long running one at that it wont have the writing I want. The only thing I expected is positivity instead of IN's toxicness, Arohi not being a vamp(cuz its Yrkkh), Akshu & Abhi actions at the least being reasonable. I got all that and I love the backstories and characterisation of the leads as well. Good storytelling doesn't get trps and this show has to get a certain range for its long running brand name. There are many shows that went off air that were beautiful. We can only blame the trp audience for that though

Didn't you say you had exams this month? Take a break and focus on them dear. ITV is illogical, online audience is not their target audience yet they are trying to cater to them with the dream seqs. ITV is only for entertainment na not for literature analysis unfortunately. Cherish the good parts and laugh at the logic-less stuff.

Like I said in my post, he probably opened his eyes for a few seconds and was semi-conscious for that few secs. He was having headches before the incident and was mentally & emotionaly messed up. He only saw a white coat feminine figure and when he woke up Arohi is the one taking care of him. He assumed it was her and she didn't deny. Even in that ghat wala scene when Akshu sang O'kanha, she only felt his presence and turned back when she was a quite a bit away from him rather than sensing him while he was walking to place she sat before lol No matter which show this "sensing eachother" is not an actual radar but just a way to show the audience that these people are soulmates and ITV mein itna logic use nahi hota lol

I don't watch Anupama but I heard good things about Anuj. I respect the way he is written based on the clips I saw. Coming to Abhi, he has been very respecful to Arohi on the tilak day. He always interacted with her as a fellow doctor and never gave any signals. The only mistake was acidentally sending her texts which he rectified by calling and clearly stating that it was a mistake & ro please ignore them. Even though he knew he didn't give any mixed signals intentionally he still asked her what did he do that made her think he was into her. Implying that he unintentionally might have done somthing that made her think that but didnt blame her. Even after realising that Arohi didnt ignore the messages and her fam was blaming him that he sent the messages and never clarified it was a mistake, he could have exposed her but he didn't.

And like I said in my post above, He has not moved on from Akshara. He is thinking about what his mom said and what he has recently learned about Arohi but he is not and can't think of her the way he sees Akshara. His head(and his mom's reasoning) says to move on but his heart can't help but either remind him Akshara or fall for her more and more.(Ref: She pacifies the kid like he did to get the injection). He is frustrated getting headachers with all emotional and mental stuff he is going through. "Move karna asan hota hai kya" as he kicks the barrels literally dhows this.

She is his mother. He loves her and she loves him. She has good intentions for him. Her advice is based on her own marital life where she stuck with man who doesn't love even though she does. From her perspective and selfishly wanting her son to be happy, she asked him to run behind someone who rejected him but consider moving on with a person who she thinks would be ideal partner for him. She is flawed, naive and a emotional fool but she her intention is good.

And again as I said in my post, Abhi didnt believe in love or marriage being happy. Then he was proved wrong when he deeply fell in love with Akshara. He started to hope and dream about a happy married life with her but what he got was her denying everything they felt and that he was basically deluding himself. He is hearbroken yet respects her decision to not have anything to do with him. He knows his mom has good intentions for him, he is emotionaly not stable and her adivice sounds reasonable...what did he get by loving someone more than she loved him? only pain(She chose whatever her reason is over him, basically saying he is not more important that her 'reason', she doesnt love him more than her 'reason'). Its seems something worth to think ponder about which he is doing. Thinking about what his mom said. But he has not moved on yet. And if and when he will he there will be reasons for that.
