The worst is Vedika. She is scheming and poisonous behind the soft spoken beautiful façade. She with Nandini can be a lethal combination.

I would say Nandu

Because for Vedika I feel that once Ram realizes he has started falling for Priya, there's not much Vedika will be able to do. Ram's feelings for Vedika, though genuine, are still a bit superficial right from the start, because to me it fells like neither of them really know each other.

Nandini on the other hand, she's got strong hold on Ram. She knows exactly when to play the sautela card and knows that even if she shows a little bit of fake care and concern, Ram's heart will melt. And she doesn't hesitate to take advantage of Ram's emotional attachment to them. So I feel she has ammunition to cause serious damage

For now it's Nandini. But Vedhika can take over eventually too. If the actor is capable of portraying an outright villain role is a question though.
