But I don't understand how can a doctor shown to be so evil? She is a doctor and doctors have a heart which intends on saving others people life...can a doctor be so vileful?

she seems to care her but she doesn't want her to be mahan anytime. So when her Mahanta credit is coming to her and these dumbs are crediting it she is taking advantage of it as she is getting what she wanted. This girl threatened her to the core to throw her away from family and her life so how can she expect a positive hope from her to Ak. Ak needs to do.all this to clear her baggage so she put herself in this fire and having self destruction. We live in a world where some doctors are part of organ trafficking rings and what not. I don't think a profession says anything about a person's personality? Some doctors are good, some are bad, and most are in the grey area, like the general population
